The Plone Conf dates are set at October 10th, 11th and 12th. We made optional reservations at all hotels in the city centre to ensure availability. But limitation in hotel rooms can easily be caused by one concert at the biggest pop-theater of the Netherlands, the Gelredome, located in Arnhem. As Paul Roeland once said: "These yearly concerts in Arnhem are a sort of avalanche, taking everything in their path!"
At this point the Plone Conf week (8th until 14th) the hotels are still available. We know October seems far away, but we can't stress enough: Don't wait! Come to the the biggest Plone event this year and book a accommodation close to the venue now to enjoy Arnhem by day and night!

The organization is going at full speed, arranging internet, evening food/beer program, better half program and in the coming weeks we will be opening training submissions, for everyone who wants te give a training during the training days. But best of all we've got a new secret project! This project will have its own special spot during the last evening and involves your cooperation! So be sure not to miss that!
