Plone, an Open Source Content Management System used throughout the world has a massive following and Plone events are held around the globe. The largest of these is the annual Plone Conference and this year will be held in the UK. Plone is used for developing websites, intranet and portals for corporations, NGOs and the public sector.
This is a one-day standalone event, aimed specifically at end users, managers, analysts, and consultants who are currently using Plone within their organisation. Or those people looking to find out more about Plone with a view to evaluating it for their needs.
This event is separate from the main conference and is free to attend.
This event starts at 12:30pm at the Thistle Grand Hotel, Bristol, UK (after the Plone Community of Practice in the morning) with a Networking lunch, followed by a number of case studies of Plone in action.
