With recent gcc, lxml compilation fails to include clock_gettime, which leads to errors like :
ImportError: [...]/lxml/etree.so: undefined symbol: clock_gettime
Steve MacMahon did fix the issue of lxml compilation in Plone Unified Installer.
I just ported his fix to z3c.recipe.staticlxml and made a release.
